How to use BSNL Mobile App

BSNL Mobile app hosts a variety of services provided by BSNL. After installing the app, its UI looks as under

Click on the "Accounts" section to add your BSNL Landline/ FTTH number. The Screen looks as under:

Click on the "Add Account" button

Select Landline in Services, then enter your city STD code and your fixed Landline/ FTTH number, and finally click the Submit button

The new account will be added as shown below:

Now move to the home screen

Select Usage and then select Broadband.

Select the Account

Select Broadband. It will ask for Landline/ FTTH user ID. Enter the ID and Submit
